Not Too Bad
dude, when he had the seizure, it scared the crap out of me, lol. I didn't know what was going on for a second.
I didn't care for the music while he was on the train...it sounded kind of like an overused everyday anime theme, and I consider that a little trite.
Right at the end, the main character's lines fell out of sync with his lips, but other than that it sounded really good.
The animation was pretty good, though it did seem as though it got a little choppy at times, but minor flaws like that can be overlooked ;).
8/10 overall...that equals a 4 rating

Voice Acting
The story so far is fine. The problem here is your voice talent. There were times where the music drowned the voices out such the part where he sees the man dressed in black and talk to Knott about it. You also cut the guy with red hair off a bit when you jumped the bike scene after he said "the fast one." the last thing I noticed the most though was where he was fighting the mechs and he said "here comes some more," right after he said that his lip movements continued on without anymore dialogue for a few secs. One other thing to note is that your voice actor or actors needs practice. They were not very serious or convincing about the things they said. However the voice for knott was not too bad, I liked the austrailian accent in it very much.
Overall the story you have going on is nice and with a little more effort the entire flash itself should be excellent, Nice job :)
