I love it. It is simple, clutter-free, but still has that flair of action and speed to it. It lacks unnecessary notes which makes it easier to hear the melody. Also, I like the variation you added at 02:37, it keeps things interesting. I can't wait for Gas Gas Gas!

I usually put variations to not make the track look boring and overwhelming, like some sort of a break from the original melody.
