The slow intro gives that feeling of anticipation. That's some nice violin. Are you playing it or is that an electronic violin? The low bass sound really brings out the epic feel. I like the ambience sounds you put in. I would say that the violin is the show from how loud it is compared to the rest of the stuff. Is that intentionally done? Now where could this song work in? Hmm... how bout a japanese samurai movie after a battle like "the last samurai" I heard some chimes too. What instument is that background sound? (not talking about the bass low sound but the one a lil bit higher in pitch. Dramatic song, and again a great song. Are you new to making music? Doesn't seem like it.
