If it finishes with the loading bar but you don't see the Start and Continue buttons show up on the left, then try waiting a little longer. It usually just takes a few seconds but some systems might be slower.

Otherwise if it's still not running then you could try opening the Dev Tools (usually Ctrl + Shift + I on most browsers) and under Console see if there are any errors -- if so then you could send me a PM describing any errors (aside from the thing about ScriptProcessorNode deprecation which doesn't actually cause any problems AFAIK).
