I watched it 2times over and still dont get the point. if it wasent for the good graphics, I would've given you a 2. [But the star wars helped boost the points too :)]

even if it is a little short do to technical difficulties i do think its one of the better movies on ng...im surprised this didn't get a better score than a 2.7, the sound was fine except for that one part and the graphics were great

I understand that you had some problems when you made this, so in light of that its not so bad. Its too short though, its only the beginning of a story, but I would like to see the next episode

so you want the audio to start when the blueprints are being displayed (i guess)
first of all:
are "the bluprints" and the "little jackson" on different scenes
if so:
check your lil jackson scene for audio on the timeline, maybe thats what got messed up or maybe a loop started in a previous scene is still playing (try checking the stream, event, start, stop options of sound)
if not: see above and do with the whole scene, try hitting enter, (insted of a test movie)and when the "undesired music starts" hit enter again and check for keyrames on that exact part of the timeline (move the timeline with your mouse by drag top look for the exact frame)
* you do know you need a to insert a keyframe where you want the sound to start otherwise it goes to the fist keyfame, of course that is when you use a separate layer for sound
