I like the concept but I think in some cases you may have confused "frustrating but fun" with just frustrating. The screen shake part is fine, but the involuntary movement of your square is wildly annoying. I know it was made in 3 days so I won't say much about sound or level design, but consider something different in the future for repetitive sounds like the bullet impact. My only other suggestion is on incremental difficulty increase - most of the levels have pretty trivial increases in difficulty, but a couple of them (the turret levels especially) offer a massive difficulty spike. Try to make the difficulty ramp a little smoother. The game was pretty fun and I'd like to see a bigger version of this idea with some more time put into it.
