I was excited about this but I think you overdid it with the reverse blowjob. I would have loved to have just the sex part with her looking up. The neck, as others said, it's a bit too long or maybe that's the effect you wanted to give it so that it looked bent backwards. The swelling while she get deepthroated seems excessive as well.
