This game was designed to be played on Ruffle. It has much faster rendering than Flash Player, so it runs much smoother. As such Ruffle is on default to play it; however if you really want to play this on NG player, you can always disable Ruffle on your account settings and play again.
There is no download version for this game, or any other platform you can play it besides here on NG, if that's what you are asking.

Just finished the game, it is a great pixel game with fabulous animation. It is wonderful, though the main boss looks funny.

Loved it, has a 80-90s sega feeling, feels very smooth and dynamic. The music is astounding as well
