Most people who have flash don't even bother reading the tutorials included by flash... therefor it's good that you learn at least the basics of flash to starting animators. Of course frame by frame can also give good results (Xiao-Xiao).

I think you need some help!
Your tutorial was slightly wrong, its not F6 its F8 to convert it. This was ok i guess, the other guys tutorials are better, but this was alright.
It's good, but a tutorial we really need is...
What really really need is a tutorial that teaches people how to make a GOOD flash movie, something that people will want to see. We need...a sort of example, of a step by step quality flash, with explanations and pop-ups explaining why, something was done, and maybe an intro of what the entire movie is supposed to be. Of course, this could be after a series of tutorials like This that show the basics of animation, which is sort of like the flash tutorials that come with the program. But what we need is something beyond that, that encourages people to go through the flash help tutorials before finishing it if the people get confused. But it should be specific enough so that they don't have to. I hope you know what I'm saying, because I think it could quite possibly improve the quality of all our flash skills. Long live the Quality Flash of New Grounds!

This is a very simple process, and I'm sure many flash animators are familiar with it, but it is an important process.. if this tutorial helps even a handful of artists, you've done a great job! Keep up the good ideas.
