Reviews for "==(Watching The World Go"

Prefer fly's vibe. This one's more oppressive.

Just reviewing this straight after the remix, having had listened to both occasionally over the past fortnight.

The main difference I can discern is in the background beats - the melody, which I loved but felt needed variation - sounds identical.

The long notes at the start sound almost 'oppressive' to me as does the low pad.

Around 0:45, the beats get marginally irritating - they feel a tad too loud.

I definitely far prefer the vibe of the 2nd though there's a lot to like here also.

I felt like I heard this song before.

$$$The Good$$$

-If there was such thing as a fvorites for Audio, I would definity but this Audio in my favorites list.
-The Clarity in this Audio is Fantastic! I can hear this Audio beautifully through my speakers.
-The melody, rhythems, and beats were soothing and mysterious.
-This Audio is 3 Minutes, which is a good thing.

$$$The Bad$$$

-Some things in this Audio can get repetitive but that's about it.

$$$Overall$$$

Definitely a keeper

I liked it. It was a little repetitive, but fits its genre so well that it wasn't that big a deal. Nice work on your part.

Beautiful but Repetitive

This song's opening was done wonderfully. That ambient feeling of serenity puts you in a trance that creates an amazing feeling of everything flying by you so fast that it seems as if nothing is moving.

As if there is no time and as everything flys by so quickly you witness it all in one single moment.

My only criticism is that it repeats itself so much without much being added in. I love trance and I think repitition can be fine to trance someone up into a mood but you have to be careful with it. There is a fine line between tranced up in another world and boring. Great piece overall though!

All right... another SBB song...

And the opening's good, too. Love that orchestra which sounds original and fits, too. Amazing. Now if only I could have heard more of it later on... >:( But so far, so good.

Not much to say about the parts after that. It sounds mostly the same and you could have used a bit more diversity at times... but it's ambience. :) When you introduce new pads and effects it feels like a breath of fresh air... only to get choked again when they go away right after. >_< They do come back but it gives the impression they're only used once.

I like what that bell synth is playing... and the louder synth, too, that appears later on. Though you could have had a bit more variation with what they played... though what I plan to describe belongs on the piano roll, not in a review. ;) Basically... I'm not sure how to describe it in a review. :P

There's not much to this song harmonywise and I think it could have had a lot more to it. There was that airy-sounding pad that later on in the song that was good but could have had a lot more to it. If you had only used the orchestra better... that would have been jaw-dropping. Aah well... :\

Not so sure about that kick there, hitting three times and then looping. It could have been a bit more reeverbed for atmosphere, and also not so "in front" of everything else. Your other drums are great, namely that one that hits twice before looping and reeverbs, with some nice panning if I pay attention to it. (Snare drum?) It's a nice, subtle touch when listening to the song as a background, but when actually paying attention to it, it gives me a headache. >_<

Overall it's a great ambient song with lots of potential... it's definitely one of your better songs, but could have been even bigger. :O It fits perfectly the atmosphere you were aiming at... I could see this in certain video or flash games, actually. :D Keep up the good work, SBB... looking forward to more.
