I think it goes without saying that what you have here is very different. The lighting is absolutely gorgeous, and the overall production quality is something that's extremely rare to see (even professionally done hentai usually doesn't look this good, the closest thing I can think of that reminds me of this is Pretty Pridot.) Production quality aside, this also looks TASTEFUL, which is something I very rarely say about this kind of stuff. The quiet sounds and dark/soft colors give a really romantic tone to the whole thing.
Given how detailed this is, the obvious sacrifice that must be made is length, and it really shows in how short this loop is. I don't think this on its own is the worst thing in the world, but some more detailed voice work and facial expressions could really sell the same few frames you're working with, and you have a tendency to just show just a couple angles for a whole animation. I tried to figure out why this bothered me so much and came to the conclusion that this actually looks like you started with live video as source material and edited it to produce this animation. Regardless of whether or not this is the case, I do think something as simple as zooming in and/or animating the face separately could really direct (and hold) the viewer's attention in a way that would mask the fact that most of what is shown is looped. It would also make the otherwise static scenes look a lot more dynamic.
Finally and maybe most important, the subtle minimalism of both the voice work and animation make it really critical for you to be able to see those subtleties. Some ultra-smooth frame-by-frame animation on the eyes, brows, and mouth would really sell this.
