I don't give that many movies low scores. But unfortunately I think you failed to truly make this a good parody of "All Your Base." It was the same video and sound track only with cut out pictures instead in the beginning. The rest of it is simply other pictures. If you changed the audio to actually fit the title and remade the video it would have been better. "All Your Blam" is a good example. You may be not be that good yet but it is a good goal.
