Yeah it's safe to say I played all the classic cinematic plattformers of the 80s-90s :)
very interesting game, but combo system is weak and dodging did nothing for me.

What do you mean dodging did nothing to you?
I don't think you can beat the game without dodging, I didn't try, but it would be very hard.
I just uploaded a new update with a new visual combo helper to make it easier to read the rhythm for newcomers, once you get the hang of it you won't need it anyways.
The combo system was the deal breaker for me; maybe it has to do with the tutorial because the whole "combo helper" felt worthless. I would definitely focus on improving the combo system to make it a better experience.

I made a whole new combo helper, which will hopefully help you and some other who had issues understanding the rhythm of it.

Some fun platforming. Controls are tight enough for the dodging you have to do.
i came here to enjoy a game, not play dark souls and nija gaiden. the attack range is way to small with knife, enemies can still attack.
