although the sound could be of better quality and the graphics too. next time spend some more time on it and it'll be a lot better

dissapointing
I think that the main problem with this is that the jokes are weaker than that of other flash movies dealing with drugs or DBZ. The plot doesn't really need the characters that you created.
That's the difference between this and something like 'DBZ in a Nutshell', which is currently 43 on the all-time top 50 as I'm writing this. I mean, 'DBZ in a Nutshell' really just elaborates on 1 joke - that DBZ is childish and repetitive. But the movie neatly expresses how each part of real episodes of DBZ suffers from this fundamental problem.

Good art, dude. I don't give a damn if it's someone elses story. Your implementation of that story beats the shit out of what most people could hope to put together on an uncommonly amazing day. Whew, shutting up now.
