This will be two reviews in one - one for the whole movie and the other for the movie depicted.
I agree with the others that a movie from the blammers' point of view is just what Newgrounds needed. And it's not like you're hypocritical either - you did put quite a bit of effort into your graphics, sound and presentation. You came up with a VERY good example of a movie that should be blammed - and that's where my other review comes in:

I'm afraid that this one is more like "Worst Movie Ever." To start with, you have to right click and select "Play" for the movie to play. And, the graphics appear to have VERY little effort put into them - you use stick figures for Dragonball Z characters. If you're going to make a Dragonball Z parody, at least make it look halfway like Dragonball Z! The sound isn't any better - the only sound, really, is the music, and it doesn't even go well with the movie - it just makes the file size an order of magnitude larger than it needs to be. So the rip-off of waiting for it to load is all the worse because the story is, although technically existent, EXTREMELY cheesy - there's nothing that makes it unique at all. It's not like the fight is any fun to watch, either - just a ridiculously slow-moving bullet missing and then the terrorist being all too easily defeated by a "super sayan." The only thing that I could consider good about this is that the "Too bad - we're gonna fight anywayz" can be a little bit funny, but it's still mostly a cliché. I might see this movie again, but only to laugh at it.

When you come up with a movie that I would give a 0.5, that's outstanding. The viewers seemed to agree - I especially liked Darth Vader's "You suck." and Strawberry Clock's "Blam this piece of crap." It's definitely a movie that I would give a 0, and 0.17/5.00 seems about right for it. The only thing that I could consider wrong with this is that in the scene selection, you can't just watch a single, early scene - you have to rewatch the rest of the movie before you can select another one.
