I liked this. I really did. It just could have been better. It's because really nothing happens. It's just showing a wide shot of the city. That's great by itself, but it shouldn't have been so long.
It still looks wonderful. I kept waiting for the cartoon to start. It's definitely beautiful and worth looking at. I just want to see the whole thing. The colors and music are great too.
It's a cool layout in need of a story. I like the attention to detail, and the background music is reminiscent of Steve Morse--albeit without the brilliant lead guitar runs. I encourage you to repurpose this for a video game or a movie with a narrative.--Maybe as part of a collaboration with another artist?

Great work! My only issue is it is a bit too long and repetitive. Don't be afraid to trim your work. Gotta learn to "kill your baby" you know? Can't wait to see you grow as an animator!
