Great game, or start of one anyway. The 2D art is awesome, no doubt, but the fairy model looks like roughly, if not exactly, the same as a lot of other 3D games. Not a bad thing necessarily, but it cheapens the final product. It would be nice to have an always run option instead of the double click thing, as it gets annoying fast. The whole 'key is stuck in the lock, so start over from the beginning' thing is asking a lot of your players in my opinion. After clicking through all of that dialogue and wrestling with the walking navigation, I really don't feel like starting over just to see what else could have happened. However, if you were to make an always run option, and make skipping dialogue easier, say with a single 'skip' button, I'd be more likely to try again. Also, it would help if things that you can interact with were more obvious. Maybe not quite like the key in the starting bedroom, but a sparkle would be nice. Looking forward to the finished product!
