It inexplicably lags midway through the first screen in level two, but the rest is mostly fine.

I guess every Character is the main one The skin selector was just an addition, Its not til the third in game level you start to learn what's truly going on.
It aint easy to begin if you dont have instructions to get the fucking gun...
