nice. i think there should be things that you can pick up in each level to regain a key so it lasts longer

Really interesting concept. Love the fact you get to strategize what keys to keep and what keys to lose. Took me a couple tries to beat it.

made it to level 10, with one loss.

there probably is a hard end at level 11 or 12, given that you need 3 letters per level, only regain one every 3 or so level.
so you cant avoid running out either way
