No, it isn't.
I get into this issue mainly with Chrome, but if you manage to click the game window before it loads, audio should work.
It's a focus-related problem for sure, otherwise I suggest to use Firefox / Opera.

Of course not, it is intended as a parody of common tutorial games.
Instead of using them for learning purpose or giving them a twist, they turn out to be clones.
