The keys should work but for whatever reason the Newgrounds player deselects itself each time you do something. Meaning you have to click inside the Newgrounds player each time when you want to press a key. To avoid this annoyance please just download the exe from my itch to play it locally. Otherwise here are more specific explanations on how the keys work behind the scene.
The keys should work, most of the values only get checked at certain points. For example for changing the mood of the girl, you need to press the number key then enter the next phase of the animation for it to update. So like if you press 4 while thrusting, the mood should change while cumming, press 4 while idle then it should update when you start thrusting. For skin color of the man, you have to press it during idle when you aren't having sex. The value only gets checked when a new man shows up during sex. So it does the check when you press the oral, anal or vagina button from idle. The impregnate value is updated and checked while cumming. So as soon as you click the cum button you wanna hit P and while he ejaculates it will check for the value and cause impregnation with 100%.

It was fine until i saw Zeppy. In the game Azur Lane, you have her original counterpart, Graf Zeppelin. Something doesnt sit right with me the fact that you impregnant a character that was DESIGNED to be the child counterpart of an already adult model.
