Classic newgrounds..... This artwork reminds me of Mike Judge, since the kid looks like a very young Bobby Hill and the man really does resemble a grown-up Beavis. By any chance is that what you were going for?

Mike Judge is a huge inspiration to me, but none of his cartoons were referenced when designing. Probably just a part of my DNA at this point. :)
