Nice atmosphere, but when you realise that dragging the bandages don’t really matter and you have no choice or agency, it’s just a long slideshow. Maybe if the injuries were visible and required direct tending, it would maintain the illusion more effectively.
Kind of reminds me Presentable Liberty, with the pauses where you do nothing and general passive mechanic. This is not a negative.
Also, no idea what the vines(?) at the window are about.

It's short but I still really liked it. I liked learning what people have to deal with and do to survive in the world.
I really like this game, the atmosphere is great. I think there only being one simple mechanic was great, any more would have distracted from the theme. It's a simple story, but it's pretty strong.
It might be interesting to be able to click on the things on the table, although that might distract from the theme, the player might spend too long messing about.
Overall, great game
