I have seen about 5 differnt skare movies with like the same types of grafics, all by differnt people Im amzaing at programing and art in flash But I dont understand how to draw like that is it frame by frame?

tracing a video clip frame by frame is indeed time-consuming, but not too hard... premise-wise, this was nothing amazing... but interesting to see nonetheless
