Watching your stuff, I can tell you are a fan of Justin Rolland's earlier work.
And that I am a fan of projecting other creator's styles onto a creator I'm watching.
Don't take this the wrong way, I love the rest of your stuff. I have to give this a 3 out of 5 because you're pitching at the wrong audience with it. On YouTube, this would be an innovative and fresh idea, but newgrounds has that unspoken requisite about the heart of the content being mostly a creation of the uploader. I think there actually is something in the terms of service somewhere about using movie/game footage as the primary focus of your video upload. I was surprised to see this make it through the portal for that specific reason.
It's cool. I like it. This isn't the place for it.
Sweet movie review! For you or anyone reading this, if you did not know. The Thing is actually part of what John Carpenter calls the "Apocalypse Trilogy" the three movies for this trilogy are Prince of Darkness, The Thing, and In The Mouth of Madness.
This looks like the start of a fun series.
The thing...that movie always grossed me out, even the remake in 2009.
