I came back to give this a proper review. The amount of detail and thought put into this game is worth every star. It's (from my experience at least) an honest portrayal of what living with anxiety is like, speckled equal parts with well-timed humour and poignancy. I appreciate how you can 'personalize' your playthrough based on what speaks to your own anxiety animal (mine's been doing well so far thanks to the wonders of SSRIs - they make great treats for anxiety animals!) and the advice at the end is legitimately helpful. So glad you made this, thank you!
