Great animation. The voice acting wasn't amazing mainly because they really didn't fit the character. Neither did the way the characters speak (sorry dogl) and the story and jokes were alright. Probably mainly because the joke was just only like a reference. An for meme standards is a bit old but I'm watching this definitely late after this video came out and also because animation takes time.
