I'm a total sucker for one-button game design, and this game was particularly delightful. The presentation is absolutely spot-on and the gameplay is simple enough that it works for the format, but the level design is brilliant. Each level is easy enough to get a handle on but it's still a head-scratcher. This game manages to incorporate themes of platforming, timing, and resource management using nothing but the spacebar and some platforms, and the level progression system is actually pretty cool to boot, since the game isn't perfectly linear. To top that all off, the ending is actually really funny without detracting from the simple presentation of the rest of the game. Could not recommend strongly enough.
