Reviews for "Enter the Dungeon"

Great game, loved the art, loved the gameplay! Mos def would recommend!

A few suggestions:
-Don't get rid of the permanent power shot, rapid burst, and dash. They are the reason I kept playing (quit on floor 32).
-Enemies need to scale faster (be careful with this one, so that you don't make it impossible for players new to this type of games).
-Monster chests need reworking. Right now they are just an unfair enemy (since even if you know they are fake, you still can't damage them before you trigger them and that requires you to touch them) and are more annoying than fun to interact with.
-Dashing in the game (at least in the item description of the wizard hat) is called "Reload" which is confusing
-Small "bug" to address - when you reach perma dash you reach the next door before the fadeout screen completes, which makes it unusable, unless you go back a little and then hit the door.
-Is it possible to enter the Emperor's Tomb a second time? I kept on going specifically for that, but never got a second scroll... If that's intentional, I suggest you remove the entrance room after the first time you've found it, because it would frustrate people and would make them keep looking for a non-existent scroll when they encounter it on a different floor.
-Don't have chests that spawn opened. It would only contribute to frustration, or confusion if the player has already been in the room.
-Possibly add a leaderboard or some other incentive for people to keep going through floors.

Thanks for the response.
Permanent abilities won't be taken away, if you end up getting 20 wizard hats in an insanely lucky run and you can perma-dash, then thats sweet.
Enemies will scale faster next update.
Monster chests are currently aggro-able by getting close, you actually don't have to touch them, nevertheless the aggro range is being increased.
It is not possible to enter the tomb for a second time.
I definitely want to add in a leader board if possible.

It has potential: common items should be nerfed, so you don't reach op that fast, some uncommon items were even rarer than epic items (but i blame goblet of the emperor on that), i wish there were more epics (only go robin hood notes and sapphire ring, any more?), and only one legendary. A point came, were powershot was super fast, and thus outclassed fast shot.
My suggestions:
-More aggressive enemy scaling
-more enemy variety (or at least make enemies resistant to certain attack so you gotta mix it)
-maybe more attacks/elements, on par with my previous point.
-make rooms layout more varied (they exists are always the same).
-add more hidden rooms
-maybe an item shop it drop rates are nerfed

This is honestly a fairly good game, definitely fun and has a great gameplay loop. However, the enemy variety and challenge leave something to be desired.
For the dev, the items need some balancing and skills need a slight rework.
For the talents Just having it go on for longer would be great.
Beware the cooldown items, having a constant rapid-fire attack breaks things very quickly, to help with this starting the cooldown once the skill has finished is a decent stop gap. But to fix things in the long run of the game cycle you should make it % based or following a logarithmic function to prevent instant cooldowns.

Thank for the heads up, next update some cool down items are getting a slight nerf.
Also more talents, enemies and content in general are being added.

nice game, but theres no auto save or checkpoint system that i saw, so... 4 stars for the fun tho
