It's a great game with a surprisingly large amount of content and a ton of customization options. I played for many hours so far and I don't think I'm close to hitting even half the amount of stuff to do. I was also very pleased to find out it is still being worked on by the developer.
There is a huge amount of choice, starting with your character's physical appearance, gender and other physical traits. There's variety in clothing you can buy and equip throughout the game. You also get to choose which kinks will be available and there's an impressive amount of choice, which is really nice. The art is okay. Not impressive, but charming and cute. The writing is the main attraction here.
The interactions with important NPCs are for the most part pretty good, there's a great balance of funny, cute and lewd in the dialogue and character events. Even the random faceless NPCs get a laugh out of me pretty often.
There are a few flaws to be mentioned. The interface is a bit clunky, nothing terrible but it can make things like equipping and unequipping items or changing your character's gender through spells a bit of a chore. Skills can be tedious to grind if you didn't set them high at the start of the game. Some quests give very little guidance or clues on how to progress. The wiki helps tremendously, playing without any guide would mean hours of wandering around aimlessly. But my only real disappointment was finding out that Marin can't be dated, can't impregnate, be impregnated or be taken to the safehouse basement. I'd love to see more content involving her.
I also found a possible bug that prevents my character from moving while on some areas of the desert, meaning I'm stuck until I reload a save. I downloaded the PC version to see if it's different and saw it happen on one location. Hopefully it's not a game-breaking issue.
tl;dr, great game with tons of content. Would highly recommend.

The game is perfect... But my saves just went away one fine morning...
