Nothing of interest here. For an interactive pet game, there's very little if anything to do beyond watch a blob sit near a T.V. or hit a beach ball. Even flooding the screen with them isn't worth the time it would take.
If fleshed out more and actually have engaging interactive elements implemented this might be something you could call a game. As is it's worth about 2 minutes for you to get your time's worth.
