This was fucking amazing! Impressive to put it mildly. Love the different animation styles, from the very energetic d2 animation, claymation, puppetry, it was just great to see and the bright and colorful backgrounds with lots of variations, to the different creature designs, some abit creepy, some cute overall really creative. The plot is simple but straight forward and anything but boring. its really damn well done with no dialog yet so full of expressions, likeable main characters and fantastic music.
It had some gross moments for sure but it didnt go too far and it feelt like most of the time it had some small point or character moment to it and its balanced it out with some nice imagery too.
Definitely one of the best animations so far this year for me. :D
