Fun game with a new concept. Minor bug: when you beat the last level, the button to move on does nothing and you're just stuck. A "congratulations" would be nice.
Here's how I'd describe the rules in English: "When you click on a circle, it will send one point to each circle connected to it, even if that means going negative. Your goal is to transfer the points so that no circle has a negative number."
Level 8 is impossible

I assume you're not a native English speaker, because what you're saying really doesn't come across as coherent. Fortunately this game is pretty self-explanatory, but for future reference you should probably get someone else to help you with that.
As for the game itself, despite there being a level selection screen, it would appear that you can't actually choose any levels other than 1 even after you've already beaten them. Otherwise it's a pretty nice, if simple, puzzle game.
