I don't know if you meant it to be a spoof of create-a-ride, but it sure was like one, and so I found it pretty funny

Actually, you got a good idea going on. Maybe add some more options, mor colours and design, along with other things, such a more places to put text, change the music and maybe a showcase option to see your shoe on display.
