Hi,
The snow spray has a limited range (more limited than the spray particle distance), but more importantly, you have to be facing the correct side of the cameras (e.g. facing the lens) in order to deactivate them.

Pretty good, controls are tough to get used to though
it's it least ok.
The dogs make the levels too hard for me. I'm already rushing, but they don't calm down after a while and keep barking.

Don't forget, you can open the item menu by holding "Z".
Perhaps there's an item that can help with the dogs? ;o)
This is the sort of game that would really benefit from a tutorial level. How am I supposed to compete for the best times if I don't even know how to use the snow spray?

Unfortunately, there was no space left for a tutorial level - but the controls are listed.
I suggest having a go, then when you've understood how to use the various items - start again and go for your best time.
