I really am not sure what to think... the message is presented in a comic way, but it really is disturbing. You Americans would find a comparison if you imagined that Florida wanted to separate: you're not sure if you actually want to keep them.

see, i get it cuz i am canadian and i think its absolutly true! quebecers' are crazy drivers.
If ur american, u need to understand that because quebec is a french province, and the rest of us are english, they want to separate and become they're own country. Hence, "i am not canadian".
