I feel like most of the puzzle games I play on here rely on very illogical or strange solutions to increase difficulty, where even when I find out the solution I'm left thinking, "How the **** would I have ever came to that conclusion, ever?"

This is absolutely not the case with this game. There were some difficult levels that stumped me for a bit, but I never felt like I had to try and find a walkthrough or anything. Instead I was thinking, "Nah, I can figure this out. I'm sure I'm just missing something.", and that was the case every time I figured it out. Even if it took 5-10 minutes of just staring until I beat the level, every success brought the thought, "Of course! You just stand on each other's heads, it's so obvious now!"

And to me, that's how a good puzzle game should be and I could tell you really thought out every puzzle here. As for the actual game, I love the combination of simple pixel graphics and simple chiptune music, it works really well and it doesn't distract from the core game mechanics. Thanks for making this and also getting my hopes up for more quality puzzle games in the future.

Had an amazing time playing this.
Who knew I could have fun killing my friends so I can reach the treasure.
I love the pixel art and the amazing way the puzzles are.

Not really my type of game(as of this review at least)...but...gorgeous pixel art, eargasmic 8-bit music, and pretty interesting game mechanics and rules! Only thing that bugs me a bit is the control scheme...if you could somehow implement customizing the key bindings so people can change the controls to their tastes, that'd help me play it more comfortably...just something to consider you don't have to if you don't want to :]

Retro graphics remind me of so many past RPGs. The controls work well and there was no slowness at all. The puzzles can be challenging, but nor impossible. An excellent Ludum Dare 43 entry.
