Reviews for "Circus Ringmaster Escape"

game is fun BUT the mazes you get from the animals are demonic and took me over 4 minutes of just hitting the walls and having to restart. Extremely sensitive controls.
Grabbing the hat, is difficult without accidentally exiting the screen, leading me to not pick it up after several attempts, assuming it was just background, causing me to be stuck later. So I didn't enjoy that.
To unlock the monkeys den you don't have to click the lock, unlike the other two, which caused confusion as to if I needed a key for it, since the one I collected didn't unlock it.
Otherwise I would give a higher rating.

I was really enjoying the game and managed to solve most of it, but the mazes not allowing me to touch the walls is too aggravating. I ended up ragequiting.

Graphics are colorful and have the circus feeling down pat. I have never seen a dog locked in a cage at the circus before, but the monkey made sense. It feels like this game was made complicated, just so players would have to use the walkthrough.

Where??

Overall decent game, but some aspects seemed needlessly complicated. It's almost like the puzzles were too simple, so they were padded for playtime or something. Not saying that is the case, but it kinda felt like it to me.

The maze was pretty simple, but I had to start over a bunch because I couldn't touch the walls and the area of leeway was minute. I spent too long in that maze, got all the way to the end, my hand twitched and I had to start over. No worry, though bc I can just right-click and solve the maze instantly.

The guide for the Houdini pipeline tank puzzle was useless. Before I knew what it was for, I spent way too long searching the tent and the yard for the guide's corresponding puzzle. Gave up, went to the end game, freed Houdini and completely forgot the guide existed.

Other than that, I couldn't solve the passwords for some of the safes until I actively looked at the code sitting in my inventory. I already knew the code, but apparently, my character doesn't, even though it's sitting right there in the inventory.

Like I said. It's a decent game, but needlessly complicated. I'd play more of your games if you put them out. Keep it up, good luck to ya, and hope the constructive criticism helped. If not, sorry about ripping on your game.
