This wants to be porn so badly.
And that's where it fails. Go 100% or find actual humor. Don't try to go halfsies and pass it off like the overdone sexuality is a joke. Even if it were fully one-way, certain bits go on for an eternity. It feels like it was slowed down in a lot of places to pad out run time.
Good bits: animation overall- Human figures are well-done and consistent. Irregular objects also consistent. Shading well done. Heavy objects have weight.
Funny bits:

merciless ass-kicking healed by herb (went on too long though)
montage + cameos
body pillow
Nemesis eats food
Everything else is either actively irritating or barely tolerable.
That's a lot of fun she has together with her boyfriend. She certainly isn't a dead lay. Must be. But the overdone fanservice really doesn't do it for me. The nips aren't really alluring to me, it's more a facepalm thing. My reaction is aughhhhhh.... you're doing THAT?
Wouldn't the Popeye the Sailor Man music be more fitting instead of the smash brothers music after she miraculously recovers all her HP after eating the houseplant? Sure, it's not spinach, but it's close and I think that would be much funnier.
The ending doesn't really make any sense either. So she survived the grenades exploding up close, but he didn't? The guy who withstood being hit by a machine gun for 10+ seconds continuously? Frankly if you're going to go with the comedy angle, the two of them really should hook up. It would be like they're fighting and then suddenly they're kissing, and then cutscene, and she has 2 hideous small children that look like a mix between her and the monster and the 2 of them are all touchy-feely and affectionate. I don't know, maybe that's an overdone joke. But it seems after all that attempted comedic buildup, there's nothing funny at the end. It needs some sort of punchline I think.
