I love the pixel art for this game and the gameplay is simple to understand. The ending was also really nice. The thing that prevents this from being a perfect score is that movement is very slow. I can understand the need for precision, but the fact that I need to constantly press the same directional key several times to get to only square was very tedious. Some of the levels puzzles were a bit unfair due to the single perspective we're given. During the last level, I was mainly banking on faith that there was a platform for me to land on or lava to place a block on. Some puzzles even have blocks that go completely unused because the previous blocks were enough to go straight to the goal. So good game with some improvement needed.
The game was cute and fun, but after a while gets simple and repetitive. Sometimes picking up the blocks won't work, so I get stuck on a level or two for a minute longer.
the direction of movement can get confusing and at one point i wasn't able to "jump" (move to one of the higher platforms).
cuuuuute. The control scheme was v confusing...I felt like I was button mashing for a bit
