This is very good, the models are well made and the action is also very well done.

The animation is very fluid at times, even if it could be smoother at some action-rich parts and and a bit more detailed. I mean, sometimes I had the feeling that it was running on less frames then it was supposed to, and the articulations feel a bit unnatural.

The slower pace is not really a problem, and neither really is the articulations. But if you want my advice, making the models larger will make it easier for you to do more detailed articulating.

Neat! this was pretty fun to watch, the subtle handmade tricks you used for special effects were the best part. especially those little (I believe made out of clay) star flashings and dust effects, I think there could be even more to emphasize on the action.
I also liked how you added trainers to justify the battle, but left the pokemon to do their own thing.

I loved it.

I would definitely follow a claymation series of Pokemon. Something that follows a story-line with some dark and twisted situations and intense situations. (I imagine rainy night battle with Team Rocket after a terrible Team Rocket crime)

That would be an extremely time consuming and in depth project, but I bet it would have a huge following.
