Why can I not get Leatherface to pop up, in order to shoot him with the boomstick? Ever since I got it, Leatherface will not pop up again, have I done something I should not have?

The weird mix of visual novel with occasional point-and-click elements isn't very intuitive. Also, Frankenstein and Scream are not their names, it's weird you'd get that wrong but get Betelgeuse and Count Orlok right.
It takes a long time to charge
I get nowhere after delivering arm, ribbon. Trick or Treat won't take a wine bottle. Why no Save option? Do I have to play another RunningZombie game to get the machete?
