There is nothing to do. the only difference is the speed and if you hit jam it means cumming. soooo, it basically has no content except two scenes that are not even entertaining for my taste.

Never ever make a game that launches in fullscreen automatically and continues to do so with every click. Not only that's a horrible UX, but also irritating af. This feature alone can be a huge downer for some users.
