First, the little things. The whale animation at the end was great, and the music during the section with the brain thing was great. Now, onto the other stuff. This was the longest episode yet, but it still had some sort of mesmerizing effect that allowed it to feel interesting despite its slow pacing. This was also a very interesting plot development. They're using the static to create a real, artificial sentient creature, right? The brain stuff was super cool and weird. Also, I just looked up what a saccorhytus is. I've heard of those things. Interesting. They're attempting to force evolution. It's also interesting that there wasn't any static at all in the outside world, which is very unusual. I guess K.A.M.I. is doing its job. That opening monologue was legitimately unsettling to me, and I like the silent.approach of the rest of the episode. It's cool that we saw Ghost's face as it was seemingly scanned. It seems mister Greetings has some personal gain here, as the scanning lasers were on his face, too. Maybe he's trying to achieve Godhood or something. The classic enlightenment for mankind. As for the meaning, I'm tired of analyzing, but I'll try. God is a tool used by people to gain power? This got way more complicated than it was at the start. I suppose I'll do some light theorizing and just enjoy the ride for a while.
