It is an interesting concept to use... though, so far exclusively seen it used for fellatio rape. But, haven't actively looked around for it so...
Anyhow, for this one in particular:
Starting loop is a little sloppy. But nothing too notable.
The rest is a little rushed, but looks decent. Adding swallowing sounds was a mistake imo though. As, only the rapist should be moving. The rest should be frozen in time. You chose a quite liberal interpretation of a "time stop" :P As it is more like she is paralyzed or unconscious.
Part of me was thinking "That's toothpaste", but then again; dicks aren't overly sensitive to stuff like that xP But yeah, overall: decent try at it.
