Because of my excellent use of Tags, of course! I mean... How can you NOT give me a Daily 4th with Tags like "wacky" AND "silly"??

Simple fun! A smooth; funky loop... though I am a bit baffled it was judged so highly it won an award! It's really... pretty simple. Nice work though.
