Been meaning to take a whack at blender as I grew up using 3d studio max for most of my earlier years. It's been looking increasingly promising over the years and it works rather well in Linux.

Damn... That was both creepy and surprising... Well done! The length of the short also helps to the overall effect.
It was hard to tell if the characters eyes were beady or not. The bright light blended the eyes and body making it out like the characters eyes were small and beady. That was my first impression of the character. Didn't get so much in the way. I still enjoyed the animation.

Cool idea
So this one here was a really "CUTE" film and a good idea you have here I really like the style but this was just very short maybe you could make this longer somehow and make it longer with more scenes more frames maybe even more characters, besides all that I had fun with this one.
