I know this video is parody but Sonic doesnt get his speed from his shoes.
But other than that this is pretty good.

I Encourage these kinds of flash works, So lets keep the aspect of breathing some life into an old style and you have done that here and it does seem to be working. Anyways you have a cute little animation here it was smooth funny and entertaining, so nice work here.

Dude... Conroy Cat 4 was more expressive, more fluid, more audio-level-balanced, less tweeny, had more effort on the animation, less movement-dodgy, more background-dynamic... and that came out around 6 years ago!
This looks bad! I understand you were trying to cut corners, but I'm not gonna sugarcoat this, this was a horrible attempt at that. Even goddamn Family Guy keeps its characters stiff at the appropriate times! Why are you being worse THAN FAMILY GUY?! Do not do this, man. I know you can do so much better!
