My thoughts (As I watched the video):

My "Theory" :
The first scene Deimos is seen floating in a darkish abyss (Maybe Hell), but was then dragged in the other world by those giant harpoon things. All the Grunts have black blood meaning they might be dead already so the world that Deimos fought in was, I guess, Limbo and when these harpoon things destroyed him at the end might have meant that he as "set free" or dent back to that dark abyss.
But besides that Krinkels had most likely made these '.fla' vids to either give us an idea of different concepts that will be added to the new Madness episode or maybe he just wants to have fun :P
Wowowowowowow what's going on? how did Deimoss recover his face in the first place, what's with the black blood? what makes these gigantic harpoons spawn? wha...?
i... i'll try to bear with you in this Krinkels, but man does this get confusing
This one was short as well but developing the game of that magnitude definitely takes time
plus this at least gives somewhat more context suggesting maybe he is not in Nevada but
some kind of Hell dimension version of Nevada where they don't entirely die
im not sure wha'ts going on, but all i know it's that is simply amazing, also i think Deimos need some surgery or something, im quite sure that's not how jaws should be like
