Reviews for "Tako Bubble"

Nice game, gameplay is interesting, but too bad this only a demo and full version is only for mobiles - not going to get it!

AllySheng responds:

Thanks for playing~

Very interesting game

So anyways here was a game of interest and made me really want to see more games like this, its something different and something you dont see all the time. I really like this with all the little characters and fun play that you have added here very entertaining and can be addictive, so all around a fun game indeed. also want to take this time to give you a big congrats on the awards you won for this flash it's always a plus on that, so congrats, hope to see more awards come your way. And so here is something simple yet fun and was fun for all atleast this reviewer, And glad to have found this flash works today, so keep doing what you enjoy doing because its working.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Well in all honestly this was a fantastic game, Now I could see you adding some larger view screen but its pretty good as is, aswell.

~X~

AllySheng responds:

Thanks for the kind words! I'll try to design games with larger views in the future!

It's a really fun game, and a great puzzle in general so many many different enemies to consider and places you can move to.

For that, it would have had 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it was often very difficult, between the enemies, bubbles, and altitudes, to SEE where I was actually going to be whenever I moved. Often times I would move somewhere only to realize after that I couldn't escape, and have to restart a level. It's always a guessing game in guessing WHERE Taco is actually going, whether he's jumping up, down over, under, or wherever, while it can be fairly easy to see, it's hard to tell whether he will be able to jump UP to a place or just skirt over to the right, or to another place, or down, or wherever the fuck he feels like going at the time.

For the shoddy controls and the general frustration it brings, making the game less of a puzzle and more of a memorization session, the game is demoted to 3.5 stars.

Pretty decent idea, pretty solid execution.
Some elements aren't immediately obvious, but you get into the rhythm of things pretty quickly.

Graphics have a vivid sense of color but could be larger. Controls seem odd at first, until you master them. Including a tutorial level could really help. If you included a more offensive way to defeat the enemies, that game would have more action. The passive style can tend to be a little boring.
